Good location, anything is within walking distance. Personnel are tremendous welcoming and useful and talk great English. There are activities just about every evening and it´s a very good way to socializing with people nowadays. Rooms and amenities are good and towels changed every day. Only problem was beds are a little noisy but that’s pretty small. Wonderful quality for the money!

Really nice and clean spot. The placement is excellent, precisely what we were looking for. Beds were pretty comfortable. There wasn’t a lot about the social atmosphere but it´s excellent for a full night rest. I enjoyed my stay here enormously and will most likely book once again for my following visit here.

I have booked the room for five nights with my spouse. Beds were being big enough and the space was constantly pretty clean. The employees were being quite useful and friendly and constantly took care to make us feel good. Rooms are large and the closet. Bathroom have been pretty clean and also the shower was super cool. Not a really social hotel anyway, maybe was all along our stay.

Fantastic my stay at Otaru Furukawa customer service assisted me obtain a new key when I requested for assistance. The breakfast and foodstuff in general was great. Each of the personnel I contacted have been exceptionally nice.
